UGC-DAE Recruitment for scientistengineer and Technician 2025: The application process started today April 11 for the recruitment of Scientists, Engineers, and Technician at various levels. The details of the post and eligibility have been given in the article.
The UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research (UGC-DAE CSR) is an autonomous institution established by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. This institute is headquartered in Indore and also has centers in Mumbai, Kolkata, Kalpakkam, and Bhubaneswar. This institute is one of the greatest institutes that provides access to researchers from Indian universities to the very premier facilities of the Department of Atomic Energy like Dhruva Reactor, Synchrotron, and Cyclotron. Every CSR center has advanced research facilities, especially in Condensed Matter Physics and other related areas. Those centers provide a very critical experimental setup to the university scientists and faculties, the institute ensuring quality and innovation in research.

Qualifications for Every Recruitment
Engineer-D
- Indore Centre: B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering + 4 years experience or M.E./M.Tech. + 2 years experience or Ph.D. (Research in Core Electronics Engineering)
- Mumbai Centre: B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering / Material Science Engineering + 4 years experience or M.E./M.Tech. + 2 years experience or Ph.D. (Research in Crystal Growth and Technology)
Scientist-D
- M.Sc. (Physics) + 5 years of research experience or Ph.D. (Experience in Device Physics)
Technician-D
- Indore Centre: ITI (Electrical Trade) + 4 years of academic/industrial experience

How to Apply for UGC-DAE 2025 Recruitment?
1. Online Application apply: Online applying for Applications will start from 11 April 2025 on https://csr.res.in
2. The last date for submission of hard copy is 8 May 2025. Apply online but must also send the printout of your application form along with self-attested copies of required documents to this address: Recruitment Cell: UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research University Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore – 452001, India
3. Then there will be a Written Test/Professional Test.
Interview: Only eligible applicants will be on the next stages.
4. Appointment of selected candidates can be done at any center or node of the Institute.
