BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA 6.84 on a 10 point scale

BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science)
BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA
GATE qualification : Valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication Engineering [Paper Code : EC, ME and CS
How to apply:
Candidates can apply online before that last that is 19 May. The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may apply duly following the procedure stated. Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application correctly and compulsorily. (Hall tickets / Call letters for written test / interview for those screened-in will be sent by e-mail only). The last date for submitting on-line application is 19.05.2025

Selection
The candidates will be assessed based on the following attributes, viz.
Technical (Academic) knowledge [40 marks],
General Awareness in relevance to the area of Specialisation (technical) [20 marks]; Presentation/Communication Skill [20 marks];
Comprehension [10 marks] and
Academic achievements [10 marks], totaling to 100 marks.
Candidates will have to score minimum 60 marks in the Interview and PwBD candidates will have to score 50 marks in the interview. For generation of the final panel, 50% weightage will be given to GATE Scores and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
Pay Level
Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level 10 of Pay Matrix and will be paid minimum basic pay of ₹ 56,100/- p.m.
In addition, Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme/Unified Pension Scheme. Further, medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance etc., are admissible as per Central Government orders.
