Application Instructions for Candidates
Candidates serving in regular positions are invited to apply for the advertised posts through the proper channel by submitting the prescribed application form. The form must include a declaration confirming that no vigilance or disciplinary action is pending or anticipated against the applicant. While an advance copy of the application can be sent to the office, candidates must present a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) at the time of the interview. For applicants seeking contractual positions, submissions must include the prescribed application form along with all relevant supporting documents and experience certificates.Key Points to Note:
- Applications that are late, incomplete, or not submitted via the proper channel will be rejected.
- The University reserves the right to revise the number of advertised posts or withdraw the notification entirely without prior notice.
- Travel or accommodation expenses for attending the interview will not be reimbursed.
- Appointments will initially be for a one-year period or until a permanent position is filled, whichever is earlier. This is a temporary arrangement.
- Salaries will align with applicable government or university norms.
- Posts listed under Sr. No. 04 and 05 will only be valid until the lien period ends or the original post-holder resumes duty.
